1. Eligibility
You must be 18+. Provide true identity and state of residence. Services may not be available in every state.
2. Emergencies
This is not emergency care. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Educational content
Site copy is educational merchandising, not a diagnosis or treatment plan.
4. Clinical review & treatment approval
A licensed clinician reviews intake before any prescription is considered. No auto-Rx. No guarantee a medication will be prescribed.
5. Provider relationship
A clinician-patient relationship forms only after appropriate review under applicable law.
6. Account security
Keep credentials confidential when a portal exists. Primary CTA remains intake; portal is secondary if added later.
7. Billing / payments / membership
Membership (Kindling $119/mo, Hearth $179/mo, Forgeglow $249/mo on marketing pages) is separate from medication. Meds, if prescribed, are disclosed before you proceed. Stripe/processor BACKFILL on this demo.
8. Cancellation & final sale
Membership may be canceled per published billing honesty — no forced long-term lock-in at first click. Medication final-sale rules apply only if/when an Rx is fulfilled.
9. Shipping & fulfillment
When an Rx path opens, partner pharmacy fulfillment and ETA are disclosed honestly. Ember does not claim refrigerated cold-chain unless that pathway is live for your order.
10. Product availability
Pathways depend on clinician judgment, state law, and pharmacy partnership. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
11. Communications
We may contact you about intake status using the email/phone you provide.
12. Ownership
Site content and Ember / Ember Care marks are for this in-house bank-demo face.
13. Restricted uses
No use by minors; no misrepresentation of identity/state; no seeking Rx without review; no diversion/resale of medication.
14. No warranties
Site provided AS IS. No warranty that a clinician will prescribe any product.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators are not liable for health outcomes arising from use of this demo site or clinical decisions.
16. Your responsibility
Provide accurate information. Follow clinician instructions. Use 911 for emergencies.
17. Third-party providers
Partner pharmacy / clinician network disclosure applies when an Rx path exists. Network slots are BACKFILL until production unlock.
18. Governing law
Governing law: BACKFILL state until entity formation is complete.
