Cash-pay telehealth men’s clinic demo. These Terms apply to Meridian Men’s Health, a clinic face operated in-house by LastStop Village. This is not a live checkout. Treat every BACKFILL field as empty.
1. Who we are
Meridian Men’s Health is a cash-pay telehealth men’s hormone / health clinic face. Operator: Remi Soltys / JennAI / LastStop Village (in-house). Slug: 06-meridian-mens.
Legal entity: BACKFILL (MSO / PC not formed).
Business address: BACKFILL — required before live checkout and LegitScript.
The spelling of the operating system is LastStop. Not LASSTOP. Not LASTTOP.
2. Agreement
By using this site you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not start intake. These pages are a merchant-document demo. They are not an offer that a prescription will be written.
3. Eligibility; 18+; state of residence
You must be 18 years of age or older. You must be the person named on the intake. You must provide your true state of residence. Services may not be available in every state. State of residence is collected so a licensed clinician can decide whether a visit is lawful. We do not list a live state-coverage map on this demo.
You may not use this site on behalf of a minor. You may not use this site to obtain medication for someone else without lawful authority.
4. Telehealth is not emergency care
This service is not emergency care, not urgent care, and not a substitute for in-person evaluation when that is required. If you think you are having a medical emergency — including chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reaction, suicidal crisis, or any condition that cannot wait — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not message this demo site for emergencies. Phone is BACKFILL — publish a real number before checkout; there is no live call center.
5. Licensed clinician review; no guarantee of a prescription
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before any prescription is considered. Nothing on this site is an automatic prescription. There is no guarantee that a medication will be prescribed. Eligibility depends on clinical judgment, health history, labs if the clinician requires them, and applicable law. If a clinician declines, you will be told, and membership is handled as described in the Refund Policy (proposed policy; Stripe not live).
6. Membership is not medication
Membership, when offered, is billed separately from medicine. Membership is intended to cover clinical access and program support for a tier. Medication, if prescribed, is a separate charge that would be disclosed before you proceed — when a processor exists. Do not treat any membership figure on a marketing page as a medication price. These merchant pages print no dollar amounts as fact.
7. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved
If a clinician chooses a patient-specific compounded medication, that product is not FDA-approved. It is not claimed to be the same as any brand-name drug. Individual results vary. See Ingredients and Testing. There is no COA on file.
8. Controlled substances (testosterone overlay)
Meridian’s product class is men’s hormone / health. Testosterone, if prescribed, is a controlled-substance overlay. Additional identity, state, and federal rules apply. We do not guarantee that testosterone will be prescribed. Sharing, selling, or diverting a controlled substance is prohibited. This demo does not name a pharmacy and does not claim a live DEA pathway.
9. Product class; what these merchant pages do not sell
Gonadorelin is a Category 1 peptide if a clinician indicates it. These merchant pages do not operate a BPC-157, TB-500, “wolverine,” PT-141, MOTS-c, Epitalon, or DSIP storefront. Do not read a quiz leftover on a live marketing page as a merchant offer for those products.
10. Cash-pay; no insurance claim
This is a cash-pay demo pathway. We do not claim to bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Stripe is BACKFILL. Billing descriptor LASTSTOP*MERIDIAN is PLANNING — set in Stripe when rails exist; not live.
11. Prohibited uses
- Use by anyone under 18.
- Misrepresenting identity, age, sex, or state of residence.
- Seeking a prescription without clinician review, or pressuring a clinician for a specific drug.
- Obtaining, sharing, or diverting medication for another person without lawful authority.
- Resale of medication.
- Using the site for emergency care instead of 911.
- Scraping, attacking, overloading, or reverse-engineering the service.
- Uploading malware or unlawful content.
- Any use that violates U.S. or state law.
12. No medical advice on marketing copy
Educational copy on a clinic face is not a diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee. Individual results vary. No miracle claims. No before/after as proof of outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASTSTOP VILLAGE, MERIDIAN MEN’S HEALTH, REMI SOLTYS, JENNAI, AND THEIR OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS DEMO SITE OR FROM ANY CLINICAL DECISION. TELEHEALTH AND MEDICATION INVOLVE RISK. NOTHING HERE GUARANTEES DIAGNOSIS, PRESCRIPTION, DELIVERY, OR RESULT. IF A COURT FINDS LIABILITY DESPITE THIS CLAUSE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM — WHICH IS ZERO WHILE CHECKOUT IS NOT LIVE.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE PAGES, OR THAT A CLINICIAN WILL PRESCRIBE ANY PRODUCT.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LastStop Village, Meridian Men’s Health, and the operator from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of law — except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.
16. Intellectual property
Clinic copy, layout, and LastStop / Meridian Men’s Health names are for this in-house face. Do not present this demo as a live certified merchant, a LegitScript-sealed pharmacy, or a HIPAA-covered entity.
17. Governing law
Governing law: BACKFILL state. Entity formation is not complete. Legal entity: BACKFILL (MSO / PC not formed). Venue, arbitration, and registered-agent details are not published because they are not real yet. Do not invent a state of incorporation from this page.
